-WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Every order receives a tracking number along with your shipping confirmation mail as soon as your order has been shipped.

-HOW CAN I REDEEM A GIFT CARD OR A DISCOUNT CODE?

Please enter your gift card or discount code in the provided field on the right during the checkout of your order.

-CAN I DO A COLLABORATION WITH FLOYA?

-WILL I RECEIVE FREE STICKERS WITH MY ORDER?

Every order you place at our store comes with free goodies, sometimes ranging from stickers, posters, postcards, etc.

-DO I NEED A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

A customer account / registration is not required to place an order. It can be helpful to view your order status, order history and enables a faster checkout the next time you place an order.

-WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

-CAN I CANCEL ANY OF THE ITEMS I JUST ORDERED?

Yes, if there has been a mistake with your order please contact us immediately after you’ve received an order confirmation mail and we will help you. As long as your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet this is no problem.

-I’VE RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE ORDER – WHAT CAN I DO?
